Charles has been a resident of the tri-state area of MD/VA/DC for over 30 years and earned his master’s degree from the Johns Hopkins University at Baltimore after graduated from the University of Maryland at College Park.  He recognizes the unique characteristics and benefits of living and working in Potomac, Rockville, and Gaithersburg, as well as other neighborhoods along the I270 corridor and around the 495 Beltway.
