The Lost River Grill, Motel & B&B is a turnkey operation. Currently owned by the same owners for the last 20 years. The Grill & TK's lounge consists of 120 seats and 10 seats at the Bar. The second floor has 4 en-suite rooms and the third floor is an owners apartment. There are 2 screened in porches and a front porch to enjoy the Valley views. Next to the house is a 2 story building with storage on the first level and a gym on the top level. The Lost River flows south to north through the valley of the same name ,parallel to the Shenandoah Valley and the I-81 corridor. Our Valley lies between Great North Mountain to the east and South Branch Mountain to the west. With its natural resources, spectacular views and easy pace, the valley is a favorite weekend destination for Washingtonians and anyone else seeking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. Whether your ideal weekend involves hip waders and a fly rod or a good book and a pair of comfortable shoes, you'll find what you're looking for in and around Lost River. We are located equal distance to Harrisonburg Va and Winchester VA. and are about an hour from Timberline Ski Resort, Black Water Falls and Thomas & Davis..
