EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT!!
I am thrilled to announce that, in addition to my full-time role as a realtor, I have been selected as a TV Host for the Emmy-nominated and Telly Award-winning show American Dream TV. This exciting program showcases lifestyle, culture, and real estate in the DMV area and will air in February 2025 on Fox, Cable, Amazon Fire, Apple TV, Roku, and other platforms.
I’m reaching out with a big ask—the Executive Producer has specifically tasked the team of hosts with identifying the most influential voices in the DMW Area—the movers and shakers making a positive impact in our communities.
Do you know someone who should be featured?
Additionally, we are looking for homes and businesses that will soon be on the market to spotlight the unique stories behind these local properties. If you know anyone who is considering selling, or if you’re a listing agent with an exciting new listing, I’d love to connect and explore whether their property might be a good fit for the show.
I am so excited to embark on this new adventure and share this incredible opportunity with all of you!
In this episode of American Dreams, host Terry Wang, a local real estate expert in the DMV (Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia) area, shares insights on the vibrant housing market and living experiences in the region. Terry highlights the diversity, culture, and growth of the DMV area, particularly in Northern Virginia.
Terry’s first guest, Natalia, shares her journey of moving to Georgetown, Washington D.C., after years of traveling worldwide. She expresses her satisfaction with her choice to settle in Georgetown, describing it as a quiet and friendly neighborhood, and mentions her positive experience with the real estate services provided by Terry’s team.
Next, Terry sits down with John, a business owner in the education field, who relocated from Texas with his family. John explains that the decision to settle in the DMV area was influenced by the region’s top-rated schools and diverse cultural environment. After considering various locations, John and his family chose the Silver Friends school in the DMV area for its academic excellence and cultural richness. John also compares his experiences living in Texas and the DMV, highlighting the more diverse educational resources and better weather in the D.C. area.
The episode also features Northern Virginia, or NOVA, as one of the fastest-growing regions in the U.S. Fairfax County, specifically the Fair Lakes area, is spotlighted for its thriving job market and vibrant commercial and residential activity. Terry highlights his recent success in closing a major commercial deal in Fair Lakes, which houses big brands like Whole Foods, Target, and Walmart.
Terry concludes the episode by encouraging viewers to continue exploring the opportunities available in the DMV area, whether they are new to the region or long-time residents.
The episode provides valuable insights into why the DMV area remains a highly desirable place to live, work, and do business, offering both an excellent quality of life and numerous opportunities for growth.
